Dragons! Heart of Fire Review

I’ve long been a fan of Bec McMaster‘s steampunk novels. She takes on dragons here — and I do love dragons! — with splendid results. Her worldbuilding is terrific, as is the romance between Freyja and Rurik. Set in long-ago Iceland, McMaster fills Heart of Fire with passion, action, and a thrilling climax. It’s the first in her promised series, Legends of the Storm, and I’m eager to read on.
